We can complete a one-off service for your fire alarm and/or emergency lighting systems or carry out regular checks on an ongoing basis for clients who accept one of our contract offers.

An initial on-site consultation, free of charge, by one of our qualified personnel will help establish your exact requirements.

We can then arrange a second visit at a time and date convenient to you, for either a single service or the first in a series of ongoing system checks to ensure that your fire alarm equipment and emergency lighting system is always fully functional.

After a service has been completed we will confirm any faults or recommendations in writing, giving you the option of having them immediately actioned, priced first so you can confirm the cost or having a third party complete the work. You will be under no obligation to have any repairs completed by us.

 

Our 12 month contract package

We offer the following as a basic twelve month contract package for servicing and maintenance. We're happy to alter this to suit your business needs

  • Four quarterly checks of your fire alarm system (as per BS5839), the first of which will be a thorough testing of all fire safety devices on the property. The proceeding tests will involve each zone being tested at random points and full panel inspections.
  • An emergency lighting system check twice a year (as per BS5266).
  • No call-out fee for any site visit. Charges will only be levelled for the time spent on site by the engineer(s) and any replacement parts needed that are not covered by our 3 year warranty.
  • Priority for engineer call-outs and emergency cover for 24 hours a day, 52 weeks of the year.

NEW: Our 3 year contract package

Accept our new, extended contract and receive the comprehensive cover of a 12 month contract for a 3 year period with the added bonus of a significant price discount. Clients purchasing 3 year cover will receive 10% off the price of the second year's contract cost and a full 20% reduction in the third year's fee.
